Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays as per Indian calendar). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer various shipping options across India through our trusted courier partners:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (All India)
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (Metro cities and major towns)
- Same Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities (Subject to availability and order placement before 12 PM)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, pin code serviceability, local restrictions, weather conditions, or courier delays. Deliveries to remote areas may take additional 2-3 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location (pin code), the weight and dimensions of your order, and your selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹80.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Some remote or restricted locations may have limited courier serviceability. During checkout, you can verify if delivery is available to your pin code. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number (AWB number) provided through our courier partner’s website or by visiting the Track Order section on our website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address with complete details including house/flat number, street name, landmark, city, state, and correct PIN code is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@binedigidraft.store or call +91 7739394606 before the order is dispatched.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is still undelivered, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be charged for return shipping costs, and refund will be processed as per our Return and Refund Policy.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or upon receipt of damaged goods. We will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue. If necessary, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy and as mandated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
